The aim of the ‘How to play the colour-energies.com card game’ instructions is to act as a Facilitator’s Guide. Within this PDF Guide you will find a couple of suggested ways to get your groups using the physical Card Game product.  The classic method for typical groups / teams and a ‘small group’ method.  The small group method works really well with groups of up to 4-6 people that don’t really know each other that well.

Running this exercise can start the process of understanding the dynamics within your group and how you can start influencing them more effectively.  It may also highlight if there appears to be any gaps (no strong colour representation) or big clusters (a large amount of one colour energy).

Ideally, if your team has completed a colour energy profile, such as the C-me Profile you can compare the results of the card game with the graphs from the profile.  This is not essential to the success of the card game though.

How to Download your Product
