The aim of the 360 Feedback Exercise is to build robust and productive relationships.  Each card has a positive and constructive statement on it.  However, people with different 1st preferences do not always accept another person’s strengths, perceiving them as a weakness.  This is a great message to embed to help teams re-frame perceptions and to start valuing differences.  Giving positive feedback and praise is a vital element in building more constructive and productive team dynamics. It is best to have 2 sets of the Colour Energy Card Game available for this exercise.

Through the use of a simple feedback sandwich process your team will gather valuable information on how they currently add value to your team.  Importantly, they will also understand how their colleagues would like to see them add even more value in the future.
